What this site collects today

This site currently sets no cookies, runs no analytics, loads no advertising or affiliate scripts, and has no account/login system. The tire size calculator runs entirely in your browser; the sizes you type are never sent to any server.

Specifically: no cookies (essential or otherwise) are set, no analytics tool (e.g. Google Analytics) is loaded, no advertising or affiliate script runs, and there is no account, login, form submission, or newsletter signup anywhere on the site today.

If this changes

Analytics, advertising, or a consent management platform (CMP) may be added later. If they are, this policy will be rewritten first -- naming the tool, what it collects, and its legal basis -- and, for the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, a certified CMP (Google-certified, IAB TCF) will ask for consent before any non-essential cookie is set, with Accept and Reject given equal prominence and consent revocable at any time.

Legal basis (GDPR / UK GDPR)

No personal data is currently processed, so no legal basis under GDPR/UK GDPR Article 6 is currently relied upon. If analytics, advertising or a CMP are added later, this policy will be rewritten first, with the applicable legal basis (consent, per UK GDPR/GDPR and the EU ePrivacy Directive, for any non-essential cookie) stated before that feature goes live.

Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

If GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, you have the right to access, correct, erase, or restrict processing of your personal data, to data portability, to object to processing, to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, and to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO). Because no personal data is currently collected, there is nothing to request today; this section states the rights that will apply the moment that changes.

California residents: Do Not Sell or Share (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Because no personal information is collected or sold today, there is no functional opt-out link yet; one will be added here, and verified working, before any feature that could involve a sale or share of personal information goes live.

Data retention and international transfers

Not applicable today: no personal data is collected, so none is retained or transferred. This section will be filled in with real retention periods and transfer safeguards before any data collection begins.

Children's privacy

This site is not directed at children, and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age applicable in their jurisdiction (13 in the US under COPPA; 16, or the lower age set by member-state law, under GDPR).

This policy was last updated on 2026-09-26. Any future change will update that date and, for a material change affecting how data is used, will be posted here before it takes effect.
